Telecom Systems Support Associate
Job Description
The Sr. Associate, Telecom & Facilities supports, designs, and implements telecommunications distribution systems throughout all company facilities.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise or support cabling infrastructure Requests (MACD) and Incident tickets.
Supervise or support Change Management activities.
Support active communications systems, including voice and data networks, audio/visual systems, access control and security systems, distributed antenna systems, paging, and UPS.
Coordinate/manage work by vendors or others with DT disciplines and Business Units.
Create specifications for structured cabling systems.
Create/maintain process & procedures documentation.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team on assigned tasks and projects.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent, a 2 year degree or equivalent certifications, or 3 years of related work experience with network or telecom systems.
Able to work a regular 40-hour week (M-F, 8 AM to 5 PM);availability for after-hours or weekend/holiday support as needed.
Other
RCCD or equivalent industry certification preferred.
