Stack Pad Pipe Fitter - Night Shift
SCHEDULE: 2ND SHIFT - START TIME IS 5: 00PM, AND END TIME WILL RANGE FROM 1: 30AM, 3: 30AM, 5: 30AM (BASED ON WORKLOAD)
ASSIGNMENT DURATION WILL BE 4-6 MONTHS. NO OPPORTUNITY TO CONVERT TO DIRECT HIRE.
JOB SUMMARY: Fabricate, Bend, Install, Assemble, Repair, and Maintain Piping Hydraulic systems.
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
*** INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL INCLUDE AN ON-SITE BEND TEST IF THE CANDIDATE HAS NOT WORKED FOR NOV PREVIOUSLY.
WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shall be able to measure, cut, bend and fit-up various sizes of stainless steel piping 1", 1-1/2", and 2"
- Shall be able to layout full scale drawing of piping systems.
- Shall be able to read and interpret assembly and hydraulic drawings.
- Shall be able to maintain and operate hydraulic table top bender.
- Shall be able to layout pipe runs and pipe support brackets in accordance of procedures.
- Shall be able to layout, position, align, and secure sub-assemblies using a level, straight edges, combination squares, plum bobs, and measuring tape.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be able to read and interpret assemble/hydraulic drawings.
