If you’re an experienced engineer who loves solving problems on the production floor and seeing your ideas make an immediate impact, this is a great opportunity.
We’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to take ownership of process improvement and product support for our product line. You’ll be the go-to expert when it comes to troubleshooting issues, improving quality, and helping our manufacturing teams build reliable, high-performance products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Work directly with production teams to resolve day-to-day manufacturing challenges in real time.
· Partner with the Machine Shop Supervisor to review and solve vendor or internal discrepancies.
· Create and maintain accurate router process cards and production documentation.
· Lead root cause and corrective action investigations —and present findings directly to customers when needed.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on lean manufacturing and efficiency gains.
· Oversee facility maintenance and improvement projects to keep operations running at their best.
What You’ll Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
· 10+ years in mechanical engineering;microwave rotary joint experience is a big plus.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (EVO experience is helpful).
· A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across multiple teams.
· A hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
