Job Description
We’re searching for a Registered Roofing Consultant / Engineer who’s motivated to take full ownership of challenging and rewarding building envelope projects. In this role, you’ll work on everything from modern facilities to buildings that have stood for more than a century —bringing your technical expertise into real-world environments every day.
You’ll be hands-on in the field, uncovering issues, providing assessments, and driving the right solutions. On the design side, you’ll help develop drawings and details, perform calculations, and prepare specifications. You’ll also support bidding, oversee construction progress, and help ensure the work gets done the right way.
This position offers the chance to be a trusted partner to clients and a leader within the team. You’ll contribute to strengthening relationships, support business development, and help deliver the kind of service that keeps clients coming back.
What you’ll bring:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
•5+ years of experience focused on roofing, exterior cladding, siding, and waterproofing design
•Registered Roofing Consultant (RRC) required
•Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and advise confidently
