Job Description
Front Desk Administrator
Requirements:
•Assist in the preparation of mailings, filings, and closings by making photocopies, scanning, organizing materials, stuffing and labeling envelopes, binding documents, and proofreading all projects
•Answer phones, keep a conference room request calendar, and greet clients and guests in a professional manner as part of receptionist tasks
•Plan and arrange the setup and breakdown for lunch meetings, as well as catering needs
•Maintaining supplies by keeping track of inventory levels, foreseeing needs, arranging and expediting orders, and examining packing slips and receipts
•Check, enter, and appropriately routes all faxes sent to the company
Qualifications:
•A high school diploma or equivalent
•1+ yr experience working as a Front Desk or Receptionist
•Software knowledge and technical skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe
•Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
•Multitasking and prioritizing multiple requests from multiple individuals simultaneously
•Excellent time management, strong written and verbal communication, and dependability with regular attendance and punctuality
