Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years hands-on experience working in quality within an electronics manufacturing company
BS degree in quality, engineering, electronics or related science
Maintain AS9100 quality management system to meet latest requirements
Organize and manage all quality functions
Develop, implement, train and monitor standard quality practices such as six sigma, SPC, 5S, etc.
Analyze statistical data for improvement opportunities
Drive corrective and preventive action programs, company wide
Plan, conduct and participate in internal and external quality audits
Report to senior management and customer on quality/reliability metrics
Interact with customers and supplier for all quality related issues
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve product, process and supplier quality issues
Manage MRB process
Review contracts to identify quality, process and manufacturing requirements
Oversee and perform incoming and first article inspection
Write, modify and implement procedures for all quality activities
Be familiar with J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 workmanship inspection standards for electronic assemblies
Perform workmanship and procedure training
Manage and perform periodic calibration
Perform incoming inspection
Must have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent organizational skills
Must be hands-on and able to work in a dynamic work environment
