Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

•Assemble, configure, and repair electronic and computer-based systems.

•Build and test custom wire harnesses and assemblies, including soldering.

•Work with engineers and peers to troubleshoot and return systems to operational status.

•Use test equipment such as meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers.

•Follow technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and specifications.

•Ensure all work adheres to strict schedules and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•Ability to interpret technical documentation, including schematics and hardware/software specifications.

•Proficiency in assembling and testing custom wire harnesses and electronic assemblies.

•Experience with small hand tools, crimping tools, and soldering.

•Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

•Familiarity with computers, networks, and hardware/software configurations.

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

•Knowledge of RF technologies, and wired/wireless networks.

•Ability to troubleshoot and repair components at the board level.

•Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions and product demonstrations.

•IPC training and/or certifications.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma with 2-6+ years of relevant experience OR

•Associate’s degree in a relevant field with 1-5+ years of relevant experience.
