Job Description
We’re hiring a Production Operator to work in a clean, supportive manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the assembly, testing, and repair of life-saving products such as pacemakers, ICDs, and related devices. You’ll be trained on precise processes and work closely with a supervisor to ensure every product meets strict quality standards.
What You’ll Do

Assemble, test, and inspect medical device components with a high level of attention to detail.

Follow written procedures and verbal instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Keep production records accurate and up to date to maintain full product traceability.

Work with your supervisor to meet quality, safety, and performance goals.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to make processes safer and more efficient.

Communicate clearly with teammates and leadership about issues, solutions, and ideas for improvement.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures closely.

Comfort working with small parts and components.

Basic computer skills;able to learn and use data collection systems.

Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.

Some experience in manufacturing or assembly is helpful, but not required—you’ll receive thorough training.
