Production Assembler

Temp to perm but will most likely hire the right candidate direct from the start.

Pay Rate - $20 - $23/hr.

Hours  -  7: 30am to 4: 00pm 


General Purpose


Responsible for manufacturing quality products efficiently, accurately, safely and on time.  Follows drawings, guidelines and or diagrams to ensure product specifications are met. Utilizes manufacturing equipment and in-process instrumentation to manufacture and assemble in accordance to company policy and safety regulations.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities


·         Reads, Interprets and Understands customer drawings and technical specifications

·         Trouble shoots and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in equipment to the component level

·         Applies knowledge of all manufacturing equipment including VNA, Coax Strip 5400+5300, soldering equipment, hand tools, power tools and label making devices

·         Applies knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing including but not limited to: Cable Assembly, Spooling, Cutting & Soldering…

·         Assembles electronic components and manual soldering of fine wires and parts under a microscope

·         Analyze errors in electronic design and production

·         Performs in-process and final testing on product

·         Performs routine equipment maintenance and limited troubleshooting activities as required

·         Provides technical assistance and guidance to other technical personnel

·         Work with engineering on functionality issues and procedure updates

·         Communicate with engineering on product performance and functionality issues

·         Contributes to the development of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications and other device history documents

·         Helps monitor productivity by tracking yields and equipment cycle rates

·         Assist the CSR team with customers’ needs for technical support

·         Assists with the installation, debug and validation of process equipment

·         Maintain a clean and safe work area

·         Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervisor




·         Comprehension and understanding of the Metric System

·         Ability to follow direction

·         Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

·         Note taking skills

·         Must possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be detail oriented; must have values which support our companies values and a healthy, high performance culture
