This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic company and play an integral role on the payroll team. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and process biweekly and semi-monthly payrolls in the U.S. In a multi-state environment 
  • Review and compute wages, and correct errors to ensure the accuracy of earnings and that all changes to payroll are processed timely and correctly. 
  • Comply with federal, state and local taxation and regulatory requirements 
  • Coordinate and process special payments and off-cycle checks with Payroll Manager 
  • Monitor and audit time and attendance system 
  • Must understand & comply with all safety rules & company policies 
  • Maintain confidentiality of any payroll, private employee information and any proprietary information and ensure payroll information is secure 
  • Provide excellent customer service while exercising the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with employee information 
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned 


Requirements: 
  • 3 years of payroll experience 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing needs 
  • Able to work both independently and in collaboration with members of the team 
  • Ability to follow through and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Experience with payroll systems required 
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required 
  • Knowledge of Peoplesoft and Infinium payroll systems preferred
