1.      General Duties

a.      Visitors

                                                                          i.      Be primary site contact

                                                                         ii.      Inform Security

                                                                       iii.      Arrange to have visitors escorted if going out on site

                                                                       iv.      Arrange PPE and orientation

b.      Lunches (occasionally)

c.       Create/Maintain site contact list

                                                                          i.      Distribute Subcontractor contacts list as received from Subs

d.      Office Mail

                                                                          i.      Create shipping labels

                                                                         ii.      Schedule package pickup

                                                                       iii.      If urgent, drop packages off at FedEx/UPS

e.      Order/Maintain Supplies

                                                                          i.      Office/IT/Janitorial supplies

                                                                         ii.      Labor Posters 

                                                                       iii.      Site drawings

f.        Assist with move on and demob of trailers.

g.      Light cleaning

h.      Collect site photos and video footage

2.      Security

a.      Primary point of contact during business hours and after hours

b.      Incident report/security officer report, visitor log, visitor agreement uploads, delivery logs, Check in/ Check out log (if badging system is not in place).

3.      Project Site Support CM, PM, Construction Staff

a.      Upload meeting minutes and sign in sheet to PIMS as we receive them

b.      Upload PM/CM docs to PIMS

c.       Schedule meetings/WebEx per CM/PM request

4.      Module Scanner Distribution to Subs (check-in and check-out)

a.      Upload scanning data to Module Box Visualization system,

b.      Broken modules

c.       identify and resolve issues

d.      Maintain check in / out scanners. If not returned, track down.

5.      Badging

a.      Print badges

b.      Reissue lost/forgotten badges

c.       Maintain badge supplies

d.      Deactivate badges
