Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with expertise in production machine maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing,. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and hands-on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment and systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on production machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, including lubrication, adjustments, and parts replacement.
  • Repair or replace defective parts in machinery, such as bearings, belts, gears, motors, and electrical components.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage issues.
  • Conduct inspections of electrical systems, diagnose faults, and perform repairs or replacements of wiring, switches, circuits, and other components.
  • Respond promptly to equipment and facility breakdowns, resolving issues efficiently to minimize disruptions in operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts inventory and equipment history.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Certification or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or related fields is advantageous.
