• The primary role of a Lead Coordinator/ Project Manager is to manage all aspects of assigned MEP/ BIM coordination projects from start to completion. This includes the following:

o Interacting and developing relationships with customers

o Leading and managing team of drafters

o Developing and implementing project standards

o Completing drafting and modeling tasks as needed (Primary role will be management of drafting done by others)

o Attend project meetings in person or remotely (Primarily remotely)

o Visit job sites to review existing conditions or assist with laser scanning activities

Required Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of relevant MEP/ BIM coordination experience

• Must be proficient using AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks software applications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must have experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to multi-task
