IT Support Specialist
Job Description
Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll provide first-line support for end users. You'll troubleshoot issues, support hardware and software configurations, and implement technology solutions to support company growth. You will assist users via phone, email, or in person, handling a variety of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and related systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist with system configurations, training, and end-user support.
- Set up new hires with accounts, computers, and phones using Microsoft Intune.
- Document processes, resolutions, and proactively suggest system improvements.
- Manage IT inventory and support tickets through Jira.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams on projects, upgrades, and migrations.
- Provide occasional emergency support outside of regular hours.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of desktop hardware/software.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Jira.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
