• Monitor real-time performance data, alerts, alarms, and system notifications from a centralized HVAC monitoring platform.
• Analyze system behavior and performance anomalies to identify root causes of operational inefficiencies or failures.
• Triage and prioritize HVAC-related alerts and alarms, determining when to remotely adjust, escalate, or dispatch field service teams.
• Collaborate with field technicians, facilities teams, and service vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop, implement, and refine predictive maintenance models using digital twins and analytics tools to anticipate system failures before they occur.
• Maintain accurate logs, reporting, and documentation of all actions taken in response to alerts or service events.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, data science, and engineering teams to improve system monitoring algorithms and decision-making protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of remote monitoring processes and standard operating procedures.
