Role Overview:
Perform engineering coordination for the Electrical and Control Systems groups for the ML2 Project including report preparation, metric development,
and document tracking. This individual will be working under the direction of the Engineering Group Supervisor.
Position Duties/Responsibilities:
• Reviewing documents for procedural compliance
• Tracking discipline reviews
• Transmitting review comments and responses
• Managing correspondences
• Coordinating/tracking FCRs, FCNs, DRNs, SFRs
• Database Input
• Monitoring vendor print reviews
Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently, using company and industry proven tools, concepts, and procedures. Must work well with others, other disciplines, and groups.
Qualifications and Skills
Basic Qualifications:
• Grade 21 - AA/AS degree or in lieu of degree 2 years of technical experience is required.
• Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident of the US.
• Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft office programs.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Experience working in an engineering office providing support.
• Experience working with document management systems (e.G. Infoworks)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous company and/or DOD or DOE project experience.
No relocation or per diems for the position. Must be on site.
