EM Assembler II
Job Description
Summary
The EM Assember II is responsible for assembling and testing high-precision products of varying complexity under minimal supervision. This person will also be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed.

•Assemble a variety of subassemblies, standard and special products using established procedures.
•Accurate fitting, aligning, and adjusting required to very close tolerances or precision fits subject to strict inspection.
•Set up, and test complete products to ensure that units meet specification and customer order requirements
•Other responsibilities as required.

•The ability to multitask in an accurate, timely, and organized fashion
•The ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, or reports to determine materials requirements or assembly instructions
•The ability to explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers.
•The ability to work with colleagues in a professional and cooperative manner
•Must be a quality-minded that takes the initiative to improve product and process performance
•Understanding of the importance of customer service
•Good communication skills, both written and oral
•Basic computer skills
•Strong attention to details
Required Education and Experience
•High School Diploma or GED
•3+ Years in an assembly environment
