DOCUEMNT CONTROLS - Texas city 77590
Seeking: Highly organized Document Controls individual with excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and understanding and experience in digitizing hard copy files.
Computer skills: Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)
Experience: Knowledge of standard Petrochemical industry document types such as equipment and piping layouts, Isometrics, P&ID’s, specifications, and other technical documents. Experience converting hard copy files to electronic files and organizing by type and discipline.
Skills: Great organizational skills, excellent communicator, ability to convert hard copy files to electronic files, ability to determine drawing types and files appropriately (drawings, documents, spreadsheets, etc), ability to manipulate electronic document orientation, layout, brightness, and legibility to achieve best quality
Job Requirements: Execute client’s document controls requirements for project documentation and filing, Support projects and technical groups by digitizing documents and communicating document locations and titles, Document Management, Coordination with site and design disciplines for effective document management, Communicate with engineering and project teams regarding drawing conversions and location.
Work Schedule: M-F 8-5,
Duration: 6 Months Minimum
