Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the development of site drainage, grading, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D. Working knowledge of Bentley MicroStation is also preferable.
Collaborate with team members to produce site plans, detailed engineering drawings, profiles, construction drawings, and details.
Convert field survey data into topographic survey drawings and surfaces suitable for producing site plans and construction drawings.
Apply intermediate knowledge of engineering standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, and policies and procedures.
Stay updated with industry knowledge and technology trends.
Ensure deliverables comply with the company quality program.
Interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned.
Understand basic construction and constructability practices and principles.
Apply basic engineering design principles and applicable design guides related to the assigned engineering discipline.
Diploma or Certificate preferred. Associate Degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred. No previous engineering work experience required.
