Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the development of site drainage, grading, and utility plans using Autodesk Civil 3D and/or Microstation.
• Develop pipe networks and pressure pipe networks using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with team members to produce site plans, detailed engineering drawings, profiles, construction drawings, and details.
• Convert field survey data into topographic survey drawings and surfaces suitable for producing site plans and construction drawings.
• Apply intermediate knowledge of engineering standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, and corporate policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and technology trends.
• Ensure work product complies with the company quality program.
• Interpret engineering deliverable content as assigned.
• Understand basic construction and constructability practices and principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of basic engineering design principles and applicable design guides related to the assigned engineering discipline.
Skills: Required Software Competencies:
• Autodesk Civil 3D
• Bentley MicroStation (2D/3D)
• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Bluebeam
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Civil design/site layout using Civil 3D and/or MicroStation.
• Diploma or Certificate preferred;Associate degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology preferred.
• Typically, 2+ years of related work experience.
$22-$32/hr.
