CNC Maintenance Technician
The role of the CNC Maintenance Technician is to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
Duties:
· Responsible for creating maintenance schedules
· Conducting preventive maintenance tasks
· Managing inventory of consumable items and critical spares and coordinating with external resources when necessary.
· Handles equipment malfunctions, repairs, and interacts with outside resources as needed.
· Prepare the annual maintenance budget
· Technical expertise in troubleshooting and repairing CNC and manual machine tools, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
· Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics is required.
· Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential for this role.
Education / Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical education being advantageous.
· 5+ years of experience in CNC machine tool troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, as well as general industrial maintenance and repair experience.
· Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety guidelines is also necessary.
