We are seeking skilled individuals to fabricate various metal components by setting up and running large CNC machining centers, manual lathes and radial drill. (i.E., Trevisan, Mazak Integrex 1060, DMU, Bullard VTL, and Mazak QT450 live tool Lathe). Experience with multi axis and multi table sides machining needed.
Essential job duties include:
• Produces components safely and in a timely manner that meet quality standards and production schedule
• Demonstrates ability to use various precise measuring instruments and interprets readings to adjust process
• Verifies accuracy of work pieces and recommends changes to CNC programs
• Construct shop setups necessary to produce quality parts
• Mazak Mazatrol Programming
• Uses various hand tools and deburring equipment
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and work instructions
• High School diploma or GED with strong basic math and technical skills
• At least 10 years of experience with multi axis machines and multi table side set ups
• Mazatrol programming
