Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using QuickBooks and NetSuite, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting overall financial operations to ensure compliance and accuracy. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage general ledger entries and journal postings
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks and NetSuite accounting systems
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist with audits and provide requested financial documentation
Required Qualifications & Experience
3+ years of bookkeeping or related accounting experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite (required)
Strong understanding of general accounting principles
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (Bachelor’s a plus)
