Administrative Assistant

Work Schedule Mon-Fri. 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM
This is a temporary position, approximately 2 months. Interviews required in person.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
  • Work as order management associate and manage overall activities related to customer orders
  • Ensure all customer requests are acknowledged.
  • Respond to Customer Service on lead time requests, expedite requests, and direct shipping requests.
  • Effectively collaborate with difficult personalities to overcome obstacles and implement change
  • Data Entry
  • Update dates on planned orders and sales orders in SAP
  • Updating spreadsheets


Skills and Experience
  • At least 6 months experience
  • Experience with SAP desirable
  • Good written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
