Essential Job Functions
Customer Service, Quotation Coordinator and Customer Interface
· Supports Regional’ s office forecast and budget objectives by:
· Learns and applies knowledge of products, related services and policies to provide a variety of inside sales functions via e-mail, phone, TEAMS and face to face.
· Provides Inside Sales support for the Eastern region with existing customers and is important contact and interface for all transaction questions from customers.
· Interfaces daily via email and telecom, with Business Units and Manufacturing teams in Japan.
· Provides pricing, delivery information to customers. Works closely and resolves customer questions, complaints and requests.
· Checks order history, revision history to confirm customer and factory requirements.
· Enters and processes purchase orders and billing. Serves as liaison between customers and various related departments.
· Assists customer service in all file management maintenance
· Supports Sales Team in Quotation Preparation, Forecasting, Customer Portal Maintenance. Assists in Proposal Presentations including strategizing formats.
· This position requires detailed information interaction and disciplined teamwork with all involved associates.
· May be asked to visit assigned customers in local area with Sales and Management.
· Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures. Performs all other job-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
· Coordinates/Organizes RFQ from USA office: Is the main point of contact of follow up internally for Quotation process in USA.
Job Requirements
Minimal Required Essential Job Skills
· Proficiently communicates in writing and verbally in English. (Japanese a plus)
· SAP knowledge and experience.
· Office productivity software Advanced skill level): Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or similar software. O365/SharePoint and One Drive Experience preferred.
